Feast of roses and lights
The feast of roses and lights is a good chance to visit the Palm-tree garden in a really singular way. The feast gives the possibility to admire these beautiful plants in a particular atmosphere, with suffused lights and music which make the garden a unique place. The feast is celebrated on Saturday night, and it is accompanied by an explosion of candles which lightens up the garden background, terminating with fireworks.

The revelry feast and wine market
Every year in June the Fressgass' celebrates itself with the Feast of Revelry, taking place in this street, while in August the wine market opens its doors in Rheingau.
During the month of June, along the Fressgass', Frankfurt sublimates its gastronomy richness with a festival, which sees the best dishes of German tradition, making the street of revelries more appetizing than ever.
One week in June, at variable dates
Along the banks of river Main a dedicated festival takes place, with tons of wine flowing all over the place. The dominating drink here is cider, but anyone who loves drinking cannot miss this event.
August, at variable dates
At Christmas time the entire city is dressed in feast. Shops and malls exhibit decorated windows with huge Christmas ornaments. In the main streets it is possible to admire the stands and booths of Christmas markets, selling decorations and gifts, and food stands, which can satisfy all lovers of the German culinary tradition. Sweets, cookies, fruits covered with chocolate go along with stands selling glass and ceramic decorations, engraved wood and wax. Absolutely not to miss the grilled W√ľrstel, served with cabbages and fried potatoes.
